Who am I?

I am a brightly colored fish
that loves the coral reef.
I can change colors very quickly
when I am scared
or fidgety.
If anyone tries to attack,
they better stand back or
be stung by the poison in my fins.

I hide away in the winter,
and come out when
the cold is done.
