Molecular Aquatic Ecology course at the Belle Isle Aquarium Field Research Laboratory: This course is open to both Wayne State and non-Wayne State students. It was most recently given July 16 - August 2, 2019, and will be given again in 2021, as Molecular Aquatic Ecology and Physiology. The syllabus and activities will be similar to the most recent presentation of the course, described in the syllabus for BIO5180 given in 2019 but with the addition of an additional week and a greater emphasis on physiology of the many diverse organisms available at the Belle Isle Aquarium and in the Great Lakes, as represented by organisms that we collect on Belle Isle and in Metro Detroit watersheds.
